Song Choice:Short List

I have selected a short list of five brilliant songs which I will ask my peers to listen to and choose a song which they would like a video being conducted for.

1: Def Leppard:  Pour Some Sugar On Me: 4:52
A brilliant song which has a great beat and would be easy to intimidate for the montage however due to song being about a guy asking a girl to go easy on him so would be difficult to choose a suitable subject matter. I also will have to find a set of drums which could be difficult since I don't know any drummers and this song has rather a heavy drum beat it would be foolish not to use it.

2:Five Finger Death Punch: Bad Company: 4:23
A song with no video is a good idea since it allows me to be original and make my own take on the video. This allows me to be creative, however the subject matter similar to Def Leppard's is a interesting subject matter being about soldier's of war being rather gritty and a sensitive matter to deal with.

3:Beastie Boys: Sabotage: 2:58
A classic song, Ive prevented myself from watching the video since it would give me a idea that I would try and stick to, hampering originality. The song promotes many numerous themes such as bullying, violence and will be a challenge to portray. Highly noted as a favourite.

4:The Who: Baba O'Riley: 5:00
A song with a story the video is simply a band performing on stage so would be easy to create a brand new video, the subject matter is acceptable aswell since it's about a changing world. The only problem could come in the songs length being 5:00 in length I would need a lot of footage which would be harder to achieve.

5: Queen: Bohemian Rhapsody: 5:58
Perhaps the most iconic of all rock videos, however it comes with rather a long run time and the fact that if I did recreate the video I would be basing it on the original so it would be obviously copying which is not good since I cant really show originality off which is one of the things that I wish to do in the video.
